Your health data is yours

This is a short notice for the Goldmend Health family. The full company policy is on goldmend.com, and each app has its own notice.

What we collect

Only what each app needs to work: for example meals you log in Nouri, weigh-ins in Evenly, or sleep times in Somni. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Links between apps

Goldmend Link is off by default. When you turn on a link, only trends and short summaries move between apps, and only for the data types you picked. You can see and stop every link in Settings.

Kin, the AI coach

To answer you, Kin’s server receives short summaries, not your full history or photos. Health facts are remembered only with your consent. Safety replies stay on your phone. Our AI provider does not get your name or email.

Location

Location is off by default. If you turn it on, an app uses it only while open, keeps just your latest area and no history, and never tracks you in the background.

Households

In One Family, each adult has a private account. Others see only what you choose to share. You can leave at any time and keep your data.

Export or delete your data from any app, or ask us at goldmend.com/data-requests or privacy@goldmend.com.

Not medical advice

Our apps give general wellness information. They do not diagnose or treat any condition. In an emergency in Singapore, call 995. For emotional support, call SOS on 1767.
